Return Policy

No hassle purchases at Cardinal of Canada. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Does not apply to Final Sale products.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 15 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Make a Return or Exchange

Please complete the following steps:

a) Please provide your order number & reason for the return by contacting us

b) The return or exchange will be verified and a return label will be emailed to you

c) Print & attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely.

Shipping Charges

If you wish to return an item in the US, you may ship it back for a flat rate of $9.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
