We do realize that fit can at times be challenging to determine when ordering online and therefore we strive to make sure that your return process is as easy as possible. We are committed to keeping our customers satisfied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURNS IN THE US
If you wish to return an item in the US, you may ship it back free of shipping charge.
How to Make a Return
Packaged with your order, you will receive a pre-paid return label. The label may be used in all 50 states; Washington, DC; and Puerto Rico only and cannot be used for shipping from other locations, gift exchanges or group sales.
You have several options when arranging your return using UPS:
1) Take the package to your nearest UPS drop-off location. (You can find the nearest UPS drop-off location by navigating to “Locations” on ups.com)
2) Schedule a collection by calling UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877
UPS will require the information on your pre-printed return label, so have this ready when arranging your return.
Once you have arranged your return, complete the following steps:
a) Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other suitable box
b) Attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely
Please note that, in the US, we do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than UPS.
In the US, goods should not be returned via UPS Drop Box as this is not a supported return method.
If you have lost your pre-printed return label please do not hesitate to contact us and we will issue you a new label.
Currently orders cannot be exchanged online directly. Just contact us directly and we will facilitate an exchange.

How to Make a Return
Please contact us to make a return outside of the US. We will ensure that your return is as easy and seamless as possible. We will also work to make sure that shipping charges are as low as possible.
U.S. AND WORLDWIDE
Items returned must be in their unused original condition-unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all Cardinal of Canada original item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase ship date. Only items purchased at full price are subject to a price adjustment.
Items returned will be refunded to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the receipt date of your order.
Gift Cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Amendments
In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us at 1.888.791.8080 as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Care will advise if cancellation is available.
Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
If your order cannot be canceled your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be canceled by following the instructions above.
Repair or replacement of defective products
Our goal is to comply with the highest standards of quality and your satisfaction is important to us. In the event that a product is defective or if you encounter any problems with your Cardinal of Canada garment, please promptly contact us by email at email@example.com or call 1.888.791.8080. Once you have described the defect, we will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement based on the nature of the defect, length of time since your purchase, circumstances of your purchase and use of the garment. Please note that we will not reimburse or replace your garment for any damage caused by ordinary wear and tear.
