Returns & Exchanges
PLEASE TAKE NOTE IT IS FINAL SALE ON SELECT PRODUCTS DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY EVENT. THE PRODUCTS WILL BE IDENTIFIED BY COLLECTION.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund subject to the following conditions:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned must be in their unused, original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all Cardinal of Canada original item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
If you wish to return an item in the US, you may ship it back for a flat rate of $9.

Currently orders cannot be exchanged online. Contact us directly and we will facilitate an exchange.
Please note that products being exchanged must also be in their unused, original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please complete the following steps:
- Please provide your order number & reason for return by contacting us
- The return or exchange will be verified & a return label will be emailed to you
- Print & attach the return label to the outside of the box & seal securely
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase ship date. Only items purchased at full price are subject to a price adjustment.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Our goal is to comply with the highest standards of quality and your satisfaction is important to us.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
In the event that a product is defective or if you encounter any problems with your Cardinal of Canada garment, please promptly contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 1-888.791.8088. Once you have described the defect, we will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement based on the nature of the defect, length of time since your purchase, circumstances of your purchase and use of the garment.
Please note that we will not reimburse or replace your garment for any damage caused by ordinary wear and tear.
Items returned will be refunded to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
Gift Cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
Upon receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 7-10 business days, excluding public holidays.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS
In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us at 1.888.791.8080 as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Care will advise if cancellation is available.
Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
If your order cannot be canceled your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be canceled by following the instructions above.
